Position Overview
An established and growing engineering design firm is seeking a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) to join its Rogers, AR office. This position is ideal for a self-motivated engineer with at least 5 years of experience in site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure projects.
As a lead engineer, you will plan, develop, and manage engineering projects of varying size and complexity, while collaborating with clients and guiding junior staff. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction.
- Develop and review site development plans, grading, drainage, and utility layouts.

Provide oversight on municipal infrastructure designs.

Maintain regular communication with clients and project stakeholders.

Oversee junior team members and provide technical mentorship.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and profitability.

Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.

Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project documentation.
Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Masters degree is a plus)

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arkansas, or eligible via comity

5+ years of progressive civil engineering experience

Experience in site development, land development, or public infrastructure projects

Proficient in engineering principles, systems, and construction practices

Familiarity with Civil 3D or similar CAD/design tools is a plus

Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
