Our client is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join a collaborative and dynamic emergency department team. With shared staffing across four hospital sitesincluding a Level I Trauma Center and multiple low-volume, community-based hospitalsthis role provides variety, clinical challenge, and excellent work-life balance. Practice Highlights:

Shared staffing across four sites:

Level I Trauma Center

Provisional Level III Trauma Center

Community hospital with low-volume ED
-
Critical access hospital with Level IV Trauma Center

On-site helipad for efficient patient transfers

Fully integrated Epic EMR system

16+ specialty consults available at the Level I Trauma Center

24/7 OB and Radiology coverage

Tele-neurology services at all sites

Open to FM Boarded and other non-EM Boarded physicians with emergency experience
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $323,000 $406,000

Ideal Candidate:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine
(Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physicians with EM experience encouraged to apply) -
