Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join a collaborative and dynamic emergency department team. With shared staffing across four hospital sitesincluding a Level I Trauma Center and multiple low-volume, community-based hospitalsthis role provides variety, clinical challenge, and excellent work-life balance. Practice Highlights:

  • Shared staffing across four sites:

    • Level I Trauma Center

    • Provisional Level III Trauma Center

    • Community hospital with low-volume ED

    • Critical access hospital with Level IV Trauma Center

  • On-site helipad for efficient patient transfers

  • Fully integrated Epic EMR system

  • 16+ specialty consults available at the Level I Trauma Center

  • 24/7 OB and Radiology coverage

  • Tele-neurology services at all sites

  • Open to FM Boarded and other non-EM Boarded physicians with emergency experience


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $323,000 $406,000

  • Choice of Incentives:

    • $100,000 Starting Bonus, or

    • $200,000 Student Loan Repayment

  • Annual performance bonuses

  • 272 hours of paid time off (PTO)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine
    (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physicians with EM experience encouraged to apply)
